At Across, Lissa Sum is responsible for Education and Certification. She started working regularly with the translation management system even while studying translation sciences at the University of Heidelberg. Immediately after obtaining her Master’s degree, she joined Across, initially in the Support department. Since June 2012, she has mainly focused on the design and rollout of training measures for industrial customers, language service providers, and freelance translators.
